Dead lifted 365lb felt good. Wanted to go heavier but was doing the death shake on my third rep at 365. Didn't want to hurt anything.
Power cleans tomorrow pre shoulders. Did 135 hanging cleans last time. Will up that by 10 pounds see how it feels.
Just got back from a 2 hour arm workout, absolutely killed my arms
dumbbells > barbells for us with longer arms.
I still do barbell too though.
How's the gym usually looking on the 4th? Don't wanna go all the way out there if its packed
