For some reason I can leg press 410lbs but can't squat to save my life. Can barely get 185. Could be that I'm subconsciously scared I'll injure my back again or could be my form. Who knows...

keep going, I try to add 2.5 / 5 lbs on each side every week. I`m leg pressing like 900lbs now and equating like 380 (highest I've tried might have been 385.)

I feel the best way to go up is just add 2.5 lbs each week/workout because its not as big of a jump as throwing on an extra 10lbs on each side.

I made my girl cop me some Liver tabs, even though that crap is outdated I still want to try it just for nostalgia purposes currently taking Universal Milk and Egg Protein (old school dirt cheap protein), Liver tabs, my multi, fish oils, creatine, and Xtend intraworkout.
 
 
Best protein is Cellucor Whey or IS0 100 Dymatize.

back stiffness Form and stiff ankles may be the issue..You leg press more because how your positioned, its all legs. squats is more than just legs, if you think about it, you use your back, core, and legs. Like Luck said add light weight and work your way up.. Also check your mobility. I usally do sqaut stretches and ankle stretches before i squat just to warm up. Also look into weightlifting shoes or put smaller weights under your shoes heel to simulate a weightlifting shoe, it helps squat ATG.

This. When you leg press the ROM is a lot less then when you do a full squat so you can overload a lot easier with them. Also theres really no balancing involving to the leg press, its kinda like benching on the smith machine.

How to fix my legs feeling like they're about to pop when I run? Starts early too like 15mins in and I don't think it's the shoes
 
I did 5x5 for Squats. I was adding 10 lbs every week till I hit 315. I'm adding 5 lbs now, but Ima alter how I do legs.

One week, I'll go really heavy for lower reps. Next week, lighter weight with more reps.

Should help me from getting burnt out.
