Yeah, I think its posturing by Stern.  So far, the owners have not really followed through on any of the ultimatums they've given out.  If we're really talking about minor tweaks to the existing proposal, I can't imagine Stern would let that kill the deal.  I've been personally involved in a few negotiations where both sides had multiple "best and final" offers.  When you're getting real close to a deal you don't go back to square one over things that aren't all that material.

I've realized the most players that have an issue with the deal are the ones on their way out and JRich is no exception to this deal.  Once the NBA is open for business you can bet he will be gone from the Magic roster.
