I also just kind of largely think we've seen the extent of what the human body is capable of from a dunk contest standpoint by now. What's someone gonna do that we haven't seen? Props ain't it. Recreating Jason Richardson and Vince classics ain't it.

10 year old videos so we have gotten a few of those but still several that haven’t been done on that stage.

A lot of dudes just aren’t creative and/or afraid of choking.

You spend a million hours practicing actual basketball skills, not too many hours left over to prepare for a dunk contest.

He's done as much, if not more than guys like McGrady and Vince Carter.

But not more than some guys who were left of the Top 75 list, like Dwight and some others. And I like Dame.

I’d have to research it and compare the stats/accolades to list more people. But for example I’ve heard several of the players from his generation say Alex English should have made it.
