Assetto Corsa Ultimate is on sale for 8 bucks, worth checking. Project Cars 2 is good too.

Depends on what you're looking for.
Driveclub looks and sounds great, but is pretty arcady.
AC is very SIM, but I think they mainly focus on GT cars. So if you're looking for street cars, I don't think their variety is as good.
GT Sport is probably more sim-cade... not as SIM as AC, but not arcady like DC. Plus the variety of cars and tracks is pretty decent. Good for online racing.
PC3, from what I hear, moved into full-arcady mode... and the fans hated it because of that.
