Both games are good. But I'd go with what genre you refer, racing or third person shooting, I'd go for Gears 4. But if you haven't played the previous sequels, you'd have to play a lot to get good. A lot to learn on this game. But eventually it's fun. Forza 3 may actually be the best Xbox One/Windows 10 Exclusive ever
