People also reporting that once they use the gold code in the case they can play the game without the disc, even though it was only suppose to be for the dlc.

I thought about that. But I figured it was easier to just trade some stuff in at GameStop. I ended up paying $30 for the base game. If I want the season pass it'll still be cheaper than that deal

Hopefully it has some longevity since I'm banned from iverwatch Comp for the rest of the season

To save money, yes. To save time, depends. 

Building your first pc is a pain in the ***. Especially if you're building a console sized pc(limited room).

Some people downplay the pc build process. Putting the pieces together is easy...making sure it functions properly...whole different story.

I completely understand paying a premium to skip the build process entirely. 

Not to mention troubleshooting hardware yourself.

The whole point of choosing PC over console (outside of better specs) is the fact you can upgrade parts versus buying the next gen.

1k is a lot for a PC you don't plan on upgrading later on.
