Just started with NB after getting sick of Nike reseller nonsense and found that 992 is probably the most comfortable sneaker I've owned.
Is there a model of the 990 or a difference NB that's slightly wide foot friendly and as comfortable? The wide part is with the toes and traditional...
That's being generous, Ls so far I reckon I'll just let these go and move on.
Never thought Nikes desperation and greed would kill being a sneakerhead for me. I've loved Air Max 1s since there have been Air Max 1s but now I'll wear when I have and spend my £200 to £300 on something handmade...
Wanted a pair the second I saw them, didn't win them and paid resale.
Truly truly love them, wish I could have doubled up for retail. Love rocking them.
I still have a pair of the South Beach OGs that have been gently worn, wonder how long I can expect them to hold up before retiring them.
I try not to wear them too frequently but the full air bags make me sweat a little, buying a pair of the 2021 to sole swap seems OTT.
Order for the first pair of South Beaches (at resale) is in, hopefully I'll get them in a week or two (I imagine it's going to be USA to UK which will take a bit longer)
Wish Nike would do this release justice but so far nothing.
Congrats
I just need one pair of US12 / UK 11 so I can put them on my feet.
Maybe a few sites jumped the gun, I can't see these appearing around the same time as the Miami Night lows.
Got my one pair but couldn't manage the double up, no chance I'm paying resale so I'll just enjoy my pair until 2025 when I'm sure Nike will give these and other CWs the anniversary treatment.
Just got my SNS win after 2 Ls.
I'm so stoked to get these again, easily top 3 pairs of all time (doubled up on Denham 95s and Kruegers, gonna have to try and double up on these beauties)
I'm hoping they're as tough as the Infrared 90s, I managed to pick up a size UK 11 later on the day of release from a regular footsite. They were possible to get within 24 hours of release and more stock has kept coming in small cases since then.
I doubled up on the Denham 95s and the Freddy...
