Houston declining Chandler Parsons' option isn't a surprise. He'll be a RFA. If they picked up the option, he would've been UFA next summer.
Doubt they'll let him go even if they can pull a Dirk or Melo. But if so, he's tailor made for Los Angeles personality wise.

Ill take lance over Parsons. Parsons is a product of the run and gun style. Put lance on the rockets and they will be better on defense and in transition.

Parsons is staying unless he pulls a 04 Boozer, otherwise instead of sort of wasting another year of the Harden/Howard combo and waiting on offseason 2015 the Rockets are going all in this offseason.
Can't say that I dislike it either. If Les decides to put his money where his mouth is then our salary figure is about to rise well past luxury tax range. Granted they can get that 3rd guy of course.
