Any good tailor should be able to alter in the sides or the sleeves. It might cost more because they tend to be thicker and some tailors might not do it because of that but for the most part, it is no different than any jacket,

I was kinda dissapointed that only 1 jean was at that price. They look like they would be around the same size as 514's.

the only thing that really stood out to me was the light grey oxford. Everything else is kinda meh
