GOING TO VEGAS IN A WEEK VOL: Help me with my experience...

I'm going to vegas in 2 weeks for my boys bachelor party. Only going to be there thursday and friday. What's the best club to goto on a thursday night? For friday what pools are good during a friday? Last time I went to Vegas ended up going to Ditch Fridays. Is that still around? Probably going to Hakasan friday night. Do you guys suggest buying presale tickets?

Tryst has ridiculous bottle deals on Thursdays. Direct quote from JC forums: "It's goose/moet $300 or goose/goose $495 or 2goose/2moet $600"

Tryst has essentially turned into the "budget" club at Wynn/Encore, which is a good move on their part. They don't have the talent, in terms of DJs, but it's very attractive to a younger crowd that can't afford Surrender/XS. If you double up on that Goose/Moet deal ($600) and give a hefty tip, you could probably land yourself a good spot.

Industry night, which is always fun times in Vegas. Hakkasan is probably going to take some of their business away now, but you could say that for any club open Thursday (Tao, Haze). Also, I just prefer the Wynn/Encore clubs, so that would be my plan. On other nights, I think Tryst slashed their prices to $350 for Grey Goose, so even on a Friday/Saturday it's not too bad.

They are. Any A-list DJ at a tier 1 club is gonna bring presales to 50-100.

At the end of April presales to Avicii at Marquee were 100

Don't know about Hak but I would assume it's like the others. Separate line that moves very quickly early in the night and becomes dicier later.

Whenever we do presales at XS or Marquee we get in early, make 1 lap and then get stamped and go gamble/pregame in the room and come back later like 11/1130

Came back from my bachelor party in one piece with no records, criminal or medical!

Got in early Friday morning, first things first was to fill the tub with the weekend's necessities:

5 Costco sized Jamesons, 1 Kirkland vodka, brew, coconut water, miscellaneous chasers and waters.

At night, we were about 20 deep, had a table and 7 bottles at Marquee in the hiphop room. Messed with Ms. Ringwald 3 times that night.

Saturday, used handshakes to get into Tao. Lightweight hard to get in since Miguel was there, but got all of us in nonetheless. Saw Ms. Ringwald a couple more times that night. After Tao, we hit up Rhino. Wow, bruhs. Wow. A few more visits with oh girl, and boom we dont get home until about 8:30am.

Sunday was cool. Handshakes at Lavo got us in, Psy was there, which was kinda ehh so we cut and went to XS night swim. Ms. Ringwald kept showing up so messed with her some more. Monday recovery mode.

My Bachelor party was a success. Now I'm at work wishing I can go back again.

i mean i've negotiated skipping the line, but never to just walk in.

i'd just signal to the bouncer and be like, yo i'll give you "xxx" to let us through. he says cool, i shake his hand with cash, and we get passed the line. but we always had to pay cover. maybe i'm doing it wrong

I remember TAO back in the day, they would fool you into thinking you're in the club on some free lounge stuff. When you try to goto the real club upstairs they wouldn't let you lol

Depends. Last time I did it, I hit up a host (one I'd used before) before I got there, and he said he might not be able to waive cover. I was like "that's fine". I showed up, he said they were requiring cover, and I tipped him $20 anyway. He would have line skipped me anyway, but that $20 means I can do it in the future. Either way, I was paying $40 cover, but an hour wait in GA ended up being about 30 seconds in the table line. That alone is worth an extra $20.

Check presales on Marquee website. They are usually like 30 bucks or something. Go a little bit earlier to get entry and then go in and out. I know of a Marquee promoter who can probably get you added to a guest list but you'll need even ratio and have to pay cover and then tip.
