Is the material on the toe box of the Huarache ID's the same as the OG's? I wonder why they only offer four midsole colors when there are so many color options for the other parts of the shoe. I really want a dark grey midsole, but it looks like I have to choose between wolf grey and black.

half to full size depending on how wide your foot is and what size you wear. The bigger sizes (10+) go a full size up.
