Man i do not want that celebrity life. Random dudes comin at you all day every day camping outside of your house just to verbally assault you and hope you hit them so they can get paid....or a quote...or a pic to turn into money....no thanks. in some states verbal harassment is damn near on the same level of severity as punching someone. so long as the person who was punched does not show any visible harm, ie bruising or abrasions. that's how it is in NY at least. it's absolutely ridiculous.

it might be because they arent singling anyone out. maybe once you direct that speech at an individual it becomes assault or harassment. i dont know much about the laws though, any better informed nters care to chime in?

Kanye West has been stepping out of the designed line for quite some time now. He's willing to say whatever he wants and will risk his reputation and career to do that.
Usually a celeb having that mindset with that amount of power turns into a very bad thing for the execs in those buildings.

I don't think so. you have to look at the facts not emotions. the article says the kid/18 said a few racial comments to both Kim and the paparazzi while walking to the Docs office. His two sentence racial comments to Kim lasted all of what 5 seconds ?
