"new" 13's

i bought these 13's off of the site "kixclusive.com" as "new" never been worn they had pictures of these shoes (not particular) with aretro card a retro card never came with them and the box was DESTROYED, these shoes are DIRTY they look like someone walked across a baseball field in them andthe pictures dont do them justice, the bottoms actually look like they are coming apart the bottoms look brand new but the rest of the shoe is dirty they dontlook like they have been worn but that doesnt explain the dirt and the one pictire shows a big old smudge on the suede i payed 225 for these and feel like igot ripped

basically i wanted to know doesnt it look like i got ripped, and what should i do if they do not get back with me (already emailed them) and i have a badfeeling they will not get back with me has anyone every bought from "KIXCLUSIVE.COM" before

about the retro card why care for it , its not even worth anything. where i work at, when ppl go to buy there jordans and its missing the retro card some wontbuy the sneaker because the retro card is not there .
