5. Cody vs The Fiend in an "American Nightmare" cinematic match, takes place in a "Post-Apocalyptic" American Set. Its basically The Fiend wanting to show Cody what an "American Nightmare" truly is. Fiend wins with help from Alexa and Uncle Howdy. Cody disappears for a few months after this, prolly comeback as a Ghost Rider themed Stardust and kills the Fiend, then become Cody again prolly after Summerslam.)

4. Bad Bunny vs Logan Paul (I need to be featured on ESPN and TMZ, I also want Kylie Jenner to do the scared spouse trope during the match so that Bad Bunny has to pop Logan for her when he taunts her)

3. Ladder Match for Title - Asuka, Io, Becky, Bayley, Charlotte, Rhea, Bianca (Bianca, cause shes feuding with Sasha starting next night on Raw)

Closest would be Billy Goat. He's had some pretty nice exchanges on the mat and definitely transitioned his style, but he's not as smooth like the people mentioned in that list.

As for a Japanese or Mexican wrestler that can do both very well, I would say Young Naito and Andrade are probably the right there with William.
