I remember when had pants had pants used to post words in the Boardwalk Empire thread
I forgot about that.

Man look at this....

Also, one of the main and recurring themes this season is leaving a legacy or something behind. Nucky failed to realize the people closest to him he killed (Jimmy, Gillian) had left behind something and someone, Tommy.

dwalk31 dwalk31 , on a serious note, how do your parents, grand parents feel about your political positions? Do you come from a line of southern Black folks on the paternal and maternal sides? Do they know of how you are rolling politically? I am certain that they are proud of your accomplishments in becoming a lawyer, but are they aware of your backing this devil in the white house?

That's what my grandparents call him, the devil. Boy, you know that's nothing but the devil right there.

It’s a mixed bunch. Got one uncle that rocks a blexit shirt but most folks openly fall in the middle. I’d say about 80/20 lean progressive.

They know my stance, but I also supported President Obama twice so it isn’t really as polarizing an issue as you’d think.

Again, what the **** are you talking about

This is what I wrote in response to the meme...

Other people...

A missed a couple others, but they were just making jokes about the meme.

In response to my comment, I said this...

So please point out the hyper analyzing I did? 15 words, that is hyper analyzing it?

This conversation is happening because you took issue with other people's post. And started making claims about my motives. Then when I explain myself, you then used that as evidence of your previous assertions, and make other struggle claim.

Famb, you just making reaches to support your point.

Miss me with this

follow me here. if it was about someone in the GOP I fully believe it would have just been repped or scrolled over no matter the level of absurdity. that’s my entire point.

I made a general statement about memes that poke fun at dems and libs getting a certain response here. that I think only you responded to  this conversation is happening because you quoted me. that’s it. you took issue with what I said :nerd: and you responded thusly.

hyper analyzing was the long post I quoted. hyper analyzing was an exaggeration, like the meme

the basis - not all memes and dumb jokes get the same attention.

examples - lawyer and fast food jokes, pedo jokes, incest jokes, ones about how dumb conservatives are, dwalks unwashed chalkboard legs, coalgang maga bro posts, and ninjahood jokes continue on in perpetuity

I don’t need to reach to support any of the above and I have no idea what your point is 🤷🏽‍♂️

I just wanna laugh at dumb stuff man. everybody takes everything so damn seriously

I see, yet Trump has been insulting since the 80's. I know that you are from the south, and those of us from NY have an inside look at The Donald, due to his being from here. The mob never liked him, and he has been a thorn in the side of Black people since he was in his daddy's sack. Did you know who he was before he ran for president? I mean, really knew who he was?

Nope. Haven’t really known any of the presidents of the United States prior to them running for office.

Aware, yes. But I seriously don’t think I’ve ever watched an episode.

You use to watch the apprentice fam?
Nope. But that is how the rest of america was introduced to Donald Trump, outside of his hotels and casino's. You've stayed in those, right? Before his run at the Presidency, correct? Did any of these ventures of his leave you feeling that he was successful?
