But if you get the chance, I highly recommend that you read 'The Last Lecture', it's about a college professor who has terminal cancer and gives one last lecture. Just teaches you about how to really maximize your life. It's pretty short and you'll feel ready to tackle any problem.

Not sure why Freedom always gets mentioned in these threads, I thought that book was terrible, almost put it down after about a 1/3rd of the way through.
