1. Been using C4 as a PWO. It was great at first, but effects have started to taper off. Should I just use it up and switch, or does anybody alternate PWOs daily to deter body familiarity? I got a tub of Fast Twitch free and was thinking about alternating workouts.
2. I am 6'1'' and started at about 212lbs. My main concern is my midsection. I am lifiting 4 times a week...chest, back, legs, arms(abs mixed in if I feel like it). I run an average of 3 miles a day. Been on this for a little over a month. I try to keep my diet clean...it could be better, but 10x better then when I started. I am seeing good results, but want more...just curious is this a good plan for the midsection. Once I lose the extra around the midsection I will focus more on cut, more muscle gain, etc. Just wanted opinions and suggestions.
...just started taking Con-cret along with my PWO and currently taking GNC Wheybolic 60 post WO.

It might be that I had a great back workout yesterday, but my lower back isnt sore, it just has a dull pain. My upper back is sore, feels great. I also was passing gas like a *%(%&# at the gym.
You can if you lean forward when lowering the weight via cable and then lean back while pulling the weight. If you keep your back sturdy/upright throughout the movement, I don't see how you could.

However, training for long distance runs and increasing muscle mass are not possible.

false.
"Long distance running is aerobic exercise (used by athletes in endurance sports) because it engages slow twitch muscle fibers(the endurance fibers) that may produce power for more time but they are much less stronger.
If someone runs long distance slow muscle fibers are trained and fast twitch muscle fibers start to become slow. As a result, less fast twitch muscle fibers=less explosiveness and power."

Another option other nutella is Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut butter (pretty expensive $10 a jar with less sugar) Amazon.com had a deal with 3 jars for $21 before but the priced shot up.Originally Posted by ShadyKay NT

I don't really know the ingredients for Nutella, so I'm not so sure about its "healthiness."
I'd think it to be like Natural Peanut Butter, good in moderation, simply because nuts have a very high fat content.
Your breakfast is too carby for me though.

Cool video man.
In all honesty, I base all of my "long-distance cardio kills muscle" knowledge off set examples.
Compare the body composition of a long-distance/marathon runner to the body composition of a sprinter. Yes there are genetic freaks who are jacked, but also do long distance running...but put 50 marathon runners in the same room as 50 sprinters...and 10 times out of 10, you know who does what in terms of training.
That's all the evidence I need to be quite honest.

I just found my routine. After work I take about a 10-30 minute nap and then drink a cup of coffe and I'm absolutely jacked for my workout. I've already posted numbers that I was doing at my peak 3 years ago after taking about 1.5 years off.
Not saying I owe it all to coffee, but as of now, my routine has me at a whole other level.
