Question for you guys. Yesterday I was on the squat rack and every time I go down and back up my knees make a cracking noise. It's been happening for a long time now but it never hurt. Yesterday I felt the pain only in my right knee and had to stop because it really hurt and I couldn't take it anymore. I looked it up online and the majority of people said it's not a big deal if it doesn't hurt but once it starts to hurt I should go to the doctors

Good work son. I'm squating 225 never really wanted to be able to squat that much tho.Finally able to squat 225lbs! I know that is minor to some, but its a HUGE accomplishment for me, especially when I gave up doing anything past 205. I'm glad I pushed myself. Now I just need to work on more reps, I only did 4 .

Taste to you may be overrated, but its content is certainly great.Tried the cookies and cream quest bars yesterday, and I have to say they're overrated. I'll try some other flavors tho

Or you could do outdoor stuff to help you get stronger. Man you can just go to a playground and do KID stuff. Kid stuff makes you get stronger. Go head, you got it mannice man.

Use to mess with that stuff back in 07-08.. Had me benching 315 10x , half cleaning 225 8x and striding half gassers at the hs stadium like a freak. But I swear my heart was going to jump out after and felt chest pain. Taste like jolly ranchers though..What are people opinion on the redline drinks??
