STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but can anyone recommend a good HIIT program to me?

Not necessarily, but preferably one they've actually done and gotten good results from.

Thx gaiz.

Finally got back in to the gym myself as of Monday. Body hurts now, but I'm determined so the show must go on. I mostly go for the treadmill action and I do some lifting as I only want to tone. Today is arms day.

on week 2 of my weightloss challenge. had a bad day on tues - ate well over 3000 cals of crap food. overall though have done days where i eat nothing all day except drink a 140cal whey shake at lunch and then eat a regular dinner. workout at 1pm and basically just go through some motions and not do much because my energy is in the dirt. cannot wait until the 30 days are up. in just such a short time though, i can already see a little bit of difference in my midsection.

I make eye contact with a ton of ppl at the gym. I do think it is partially sizing up but also a respect/man thing... If you can't make eye contact with someone in the gym/public/wherever without feeling weird or suspect, you got some issues to iron out imo

Bruh if you are on the stairs for 45 mins, you're in better shape than most at that gym
Well I base that off of my weight. I'm 240 5'10.

Ideally I'd like to be at my highschool weight of 180.

But I'd settle for 200.

I used to be 280, and had got down to 212. But then just took a "break" and it turned into 28 lb weigh gain.

Anyone ever deal with pain in the elbow from lifting? I'm experiencing this now. I feel it mostly when I bench and from push-ups. It actually hurts to the touch. Don't really want to take time off from the gym, as I'm actually making good progress now.

Sounds like tendonitis.

You may have to take time off from upper body lifts.

Good thing Squats and dead lifts don't require elbows =)

My dad dislocated his arm at the elbow deadlifting.  You may want to avoid DLs if you are having elbow issues too.
