Cant do shoulders and chest together anymore. Takes way too much outta me and I end up taking shortcuts with shoulders since my heavy work is with chest.

And let's just be clear that's total. You aren't hitting multiple sets of 90 for 10 reps. If you are, record it so we can give you props.

12:00 400gr Chicken + 400gr potatoes, greens + some fruits

I live in Texas. I got a question. When doing dumbells presses, shoulders or chest. My forearms get real tight where I can't ball my fist up right enough to get a decent grip. Any suggestions?
