lol OK so I didn't touch my chest. I go deeper than a lot of people in my gym doing what I call uptown and downtown reps. I said I leave a inch or two. Ain't do what dlb did in that video tooyea but the man still hit the reps. ok he didn't 10, ok he didn't touch his chest.
