Same thing happened to me but on DL, a while back the first time I hit 425.

Back was messed up for a whole week, threw the belt on and hit 465 for reps no problem after I healed and was sold.

I still need to cop a better belt though.


405 for 7 on squats is man weight. :pimp: :pimp:

Tryna get there, hopefully end of January.

Geesh i was just happy i finally repped 315 10 times on squat yesterday.


Today was feeling it again. Went bench press 300. Smooth
Did 315 got stuck someone did a small half inch lift and i got the rest.
Very disappointed but my shoulder still feels pain bringimg the weight down. Without that shoulder pain i feel i could go for a PR max 325

Thanks fellas! Was super hyped. If you've seen my posts for a min you'd know it's been one of my biggest goals. Failed 3x in 2016.
Close grip bench helped me out ALOT. Highly recommend it.
