I work out alone more often than not, as it allows me to finish my workouts faster. Don't be afraid to ask for a spot though and bring headphones.

5pm to 8pm in my experience are usually a nightmare.

And hitting the gym on the weekend been trying to get my bestfriend the last month but our schedule doesnt match... So i know this sounds stupid but tips on working out alone? Back in high school I used to workout with a friend and I only did it for 2 and a half week lol, And best time for a non crowded gym?


Early mornings, late evenings (830pm-on)
Weekends.

No need for advice, just go on and do it. Headphones, pre-workout if you use it, and do workouts that don't require spots. In my experience, the only lift I have ever needed a spot on is bb bench (flat, decline or incline) so use dbs for those.

All this talk of shoes......I’m still using the same damn pair of beaten up old Air Veers for everything. I’m actually on my second pair.

I got a pair of Roms from m boiz m boiz and I can’t even use them.
 
Metcons 2 dsx for squats/leg day

Chuck's on deadlift/pull day

Random on push day

I don't change kicks during my workout. Though I see some cats switching into squat shoes when they do squats sometimes.

Yea I switch to my romaleos to squat but for the rest of leg day I’m in my Nike free 1.0s. Rock those on back day too for deadlifts.

In your guys experience, what makes Romaleos better than say Chuck's or metcons?

Stability? Raised heel?

Everything. Try a pair of oly weightlifting shoes bro you won’t turn back. May be placebo but I didn’t hit 4 plate squat till I copped some romaleos

I'd only save broskis I know or bad bishes in the gym. Errybody else on they own.:lol:

10 burpees
30 seconds whipping

Old head Mexican dude had me doing alternating arms but speed, then side to side, both arms up and down, one arm at a time up and down. Did this for two rounds....at the end.

Did burpees as part of warm ups. As many as you can in one round
 
The chicken I see that come out of them air fryers look bad. Maybe with future iterations, they'll get better.
 
That's the person who put it in there. I've roasted a chicken in mine, Fried chicken, did sweet potatoes, chicken tenders, pickles,
put in frozen hashbrowns,
i have a random no name one and still works well. mine is a no oil one
