For the most part full body is better for fat loss while isolation is better for sculpting ones body.
For those that own the horse stall rubber mats, how flexible are they? They are just a touch wider than the opening to my car and I was wondering if I could curve them slightly so they would get slimmer and fit into my car.
if its just a bit longer than your car they should be flexible enough.
but you won't be able to roll em up like you would a joint tho

If the popping/cracking is accompanied by pain...it's some thing you should get checked out.
No pain at all. I probably have all sorts of ailments. My shin be acting up at times. I think I have a bone spur in my shoulder. I'll go to the doctor one day. I wanna get a dexa scan to check out my body fat
