If you're new to lifting and see someone walk away from something that is plate loaded for 30 seconds at least ask them before you take it off and put something else on. Cant stand people who do that and do one set then walk away to something else.

Use to do the ACV thing but I just dont feel like the prolonged exposure to the acidity isnt good in the long run

For stomach issues, intermittent fasting works well for me.

I was talking about Buendia, but yeah Potvin has a crazy waist but he doesnt flow very well. Out of all the divisions, I understand Physique the least, Ive never understood how JB is so much better than everyone else.
 
Any one else doing the apple cider vinegar shots

in the morning i mix it with 10oz water lime juice, cayanne pepper, salt and stevia. sip it in the mornings before i eat. i take one shot at night before bed

Ive been doing just the shot and it burns for like a second then i feel a lot better. No stomach aches all day
Just be careful with straight shots towards your teeth.

I mix mine with green tea and stevia. Haven’t started drinking at night but I heard it helps. Gonna work that in soon.

yoooo i was doing working set with some college kids man these fools was throwing up 95 pounds for sets. lmaooo man i was so not feeling it i just did about 70 reps of that with my knees up

One time a group of girls whom were not well versed in gym etiqutte gave up a bench to someone that was not me when I initially asked first.

Guy proceeds to say “you can work in with me” >D

I’m like cool whatever. Mans slide 25s on each side for his warmup set. Had me like

Proceeded to just bench him off the bench :lol:

Threw him for a loop at first cause I did the 95 for ****s and giggles just cause it was there. After that threw on 185 to warmup. Man was shaking.

Just common sense should tell you not to do that. Last week I saw this one guy in there who tried to go back and forth between the bench and a machine that are twelve feet apart from each other, then sprint over to tell people he's using whichever they approach. :smh:

I’d just leave man. :lol no point in repping that 70 times

That’s why I don’t bench with people. My bench is trash compared to everything else.

Squats 6x2 325
Bench 6x3 205

Seated shoulder press on smith 4x8
Leg press 3x15
 
Last night too sets; 250x3 squat and 225x4 bench. Haven’t squatted 250 in over a year. Back pain and piss poor form caused me to drop down to light weights and rebuild my form from the ground up. Always dealt with lower body/back injuries right when I was moving up in my squat, but this time around I feel stronger and moving better.

Bench was a match of an all time rep PR. I don’t think I’ve repped 225x4 in about a year either and this time no spotter. Everything still feels great. Just have to keep eating and sleeping and keeping on. Hoping to hit 225x5 next time around.

Today I have rows which I USED to enjoy, but now they’ve become my struggle lift that just won’t move :lol

On my 2nd week and went 4 straight days I think, woke up with a stiff neck after an intense back day smh decided to have a rest day today but what are my remedies and can I get back tomorrow again?
