Update.....

Don’t be nobody do this **** man :lol:

I hit chest twice a week and this 15 sets was done on the beginning half of my week.

Came back Friday to do chest and :smh:

It was weird. Like I wasn’t crazy sore or anything but my usual strength wasn’t there.

225 felt heavy.

275 which I can get for 8 pretty easily made me rack it after 3 :smh:

I’m washed.
 
nothing weird about that. those are some great accessories

power cleans on a bosu ball are a little out there. gonna have to try it :lol:



Hang cleans - really focuses on using muscles in the movement you’re not used to.

Def a good mix up every once in a while.

Stand on the flat side with the ball on the ground.
