Bad news, I pulled my whole right side of the body. Neck, back, and chest feels like a pulled muscle. This was on the last rep of the last set with 375 smh.

7. Machine Shoulder Press: 3x10 SS/
8. Seated Cable Row: 3x10
9. Hammer Strength Row: 2x15
10. Barbell Shrugs: 2x15
11. Upright Row: 2x15
12. DB Side Lateral Raise: 3x12
13. Face Pulls: 3x12

Summary: 42 working sets
Time: 1hr, 43mins.
 
Nike’s running tanks are the best to me.

So breathable.

ESP on hot runs.

I only wear them to run.

T shirts or hoodies for the gym.

Maybe a basketball champion jersey if I want to see some progress lol

Speaking of hot, was raining yesterday and the boxing club is old school af. No AC, had a couple fans but the place was feeling like a sauna.
 
Haven't gone heavier than 3plates in DL in months. Felt good today and decided to go heavy :lol:
