got damnit. another smooth week of PRs. then bam another injury not even involving lifting. worst part dr. said no pills. im pissed. Tomm was squat PR day. now i may have to skip it
 
Aren’t most cross fit guys military bros?
There are some, but the majority are mostly college dudes/ex sports guys/gymnast/etc..The director and one of the corresponders are prior team guys, and there are a dozen Mil dudes who got out and went full on Crossfit/fitness Industry vs making books/movies about stuff that didn't happen ie. Josh Bridges (another team guy)
 
I’m about 6’4 177 rn and am needing advice on whether I should continue cutting or begin a bulk?
I can easily see my abs but I still have fat around my thighs and face...
I can provide pictures if needed
 
I started off skinny fat tho lol I thought I could get a lil bit leaner but I probably don’t have enough muscle mass yet

Why not just cut while bulk? It is possible guys

Another shout out to @mboiz.
His program has really pushed me this spring.
It's been almost 3 years since I've went for any PRs. Yesterday got one on squat I haven't done since maybe 2014.
370 on squat.
From herniated disk to barely squatin 200 a year ago.
Thanks a lot brotha.
chest is looking great too despite shoulder and rib injury this year
