Anyone ever experience what feels like a pinch nerve every time you go down on squats? Only happens if I try to go heavy
If you can’t hit 95% of your max beltless you’re doing it wrong.
It’s a tool not a crutch.
No just like a nerve whenever I go low..when I come back up I feel fine.Does it tingle down to your toes/feet?
Might wanna stop squatting
Race photos are always great lol
Last 50 yards left photo lmao.

sort of related they closed down Shaw's PT testing because they had two deaths ..And they do sometimes.
I know a certain AF base where cats had to run like 6.62 laps or some bull for the PT test.
sort of related that closed down Shaw's PT testing because they had two deaths ..
I know folks aint mad about not having to test though
I look back how on how little water I was drinking while shuffling between 3 sports as a youngin in shock. Thought Gatorade was everything back then.Hydrate all day my friend.
That’s one thing that coaches need to do better with is training athletes at a young age to hydrate thru the day and stay away from sugary drinks.
Local high school just had a student die - football - so unfortunate and preventable
Tap water fountains, no lockers, I regret nothingI look back how on how little water I was drinking while shuffling between 3 sports as a youngin in shock. Thought Gatorade was everything back then.
