Most Def! I have to take 10 mins or more everyday. The last time i seriously stretched before this point was like 10 plus years ago(& it was poor stretching at best), and I've stayed active my whole life.Fax. I was at a point where I kept getting discomfort in my hip flexors every time I would squat. Finally started stretching and I've never had that problem since. My lower back is also nowhere near as tight as it was prior to me making stretching a daily habit
Yoga is tough because of the core body strength you have to utilize, but also if you're not flexible it just makes the session that much more challenging. Now that I stretch frequently, being calm and focused while I do yoga is so much easier.
