STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Aight so Ima break down my preferences lol

Upper body days- loose fit tee, hoodie, or long sleeve thermal, feels better as a pump cover, tank top on the side to keep dry when ready

Leg days- tighter fitting tee because you’re not gonna have that same upper body pump, no tank top day, so just create the illusion you have a pump underneath

Going out at night- tightest fitting around chest and hugging the biceps, can’t be in the cut rocking a baggy tee looking like Dobby

Hope this analysis helps
Dobby! 😆 🤣 😂 😹

it's insane how much of a difference a tight shirt makes me look.

Wearing a smedium size shirt got me feeling like Captain America

Well it does and depend which type. Like the classic crew tees long.

i think it’s tough because being transparent about their use could also promote the use of that stuff 🤷🏿‍♂️

i think if he couldn’t continue hormone therapy, he’d definitely get smaller but he wouldn’t just waste away 😂, much easier to maintain muscle than build it…he probably feel way less than ideal/100%, my understanding is there are a lot of guy who are able to build crazy physiques despite having low testosterone levels
Brandon Carter aka King Keto just started trt and he bought his doctor on to go over his labs, he was out here with a Greek God’s body and his test was 197 which is clinically low, like you can actually get your insurance to pay for it when its that low

My boy quit test a couple years ago.

It was rough for him at first but now he’s fine. Still a beast but just looks natty now.

I been on and off for a few years. Off for the last 4 months or so. I feel fine. I bet if i go get labs I’ll come in hella low tho but no e.d happening or anything

Speaking of plain tees, i like those George tees from Walmart. Fit is nice, not a bad tee for the price point too.I fw camber tees for training.

Recently re upped on some more tights (caught em on sale), both full and 3/4 length. The nike pro ones are really nice. Wouldnt pay msrp for em but worth grabbing if you can find em on discount. Under armour ones are good too, but the nike are a bit nicer imo.

i can imagine coming down from a supraphysiological level of testosterone to a even normal level probably much more to a clinically low level, recovery would probably longer & tougher, going from feeling super motivated to do stuff to being less so would be an adjustment for sure. the hormone stuff is pretty interesting stuff…i couldn’t imagine doing any of that stuff but the science behind is fascinating.

I’m a Goodfellow man.. Target brand

$6 and they got fire colors. I been hunting this baby blue jawn they just got in but they only got a M left.. smh

The other week there was an online sale for $3 / shirt :pimp:

I started my gym journey as a XXL.. to this day I only buy gym shirts in XXL even tho I can comfortably fit an XL and maybe even a L.

Personally I like being super comfortable in the gym and it also reminds me of my journey. Sorry if that’s cringe to some but it’s true

I started at small. Although large would be good enough for me, XL would still be fine considering big sizes are cheaper and always on disco. As of the moment, i couldnt fit well with my typical medium shirts without looking like the michelin man.

You goin the opposite way of me. Crazy progress tho.

I have always found bigger sizes are usually first to go, not always on sale, and some places would charge extra for XXL or just not even offer it.

Call me cheap, but I'm always on the prowl for crazy firesales at Marshall's and others, lol. Tried buying stuff from aliexpress years ago and they ripped out off the bat. 😆. Never again. It went crazy post pandemic as everything just went expensive and out of stock. Back to my IF again for a few days now and slowly trimming down some mass and size. The cardio routine helped a lot for me, still large though but getting better.
