The College Basketball Post

Yikes.

If GT could win their matchups against the lower half of the league, and win a couple games in the ACC tourney they could really get into to the NCAA's with marquee wins over UNC and FSU

6 players are listed as witnesses to an event that happened at McCarthy Hall aka the basketball players dorm. Notables are Frank Mason III, Bragg and Josh Jackson. The incident took place right before Christmas break and It involves a runaway 16 yr old girl. The police report is kind of confusing because the basketball players are listed as 'witnesses' and nothing more. The term 'witnesses' in this case can be used for a large scope of descriptions. The police report states..."The officers asked if anyone saw the alleged victim, and six Kansas players coming back from practice, said they saw her with two other residents in the hall."

Been out of town for the past week and just caught up with everything...

+ Dennis Smith is a stud and Duke has major issues. Coach K is needed back bad.

+ Reviewing KU losing to WVU on Tuesday...saw it coming. Tweeted before the game "I think KU loses by 15+ tonight." They never play well at WVU, were due for an L, and WVU was due for a W. Frank Mason played poorly...becoming apparent that this team will go as Frank Mason goes.

+ Kentucky, Nova losing the same night proves the parity in CBB this year.

+ KU at UK Saturday. Call me crazy, but I actually feel a bit confident going into Rupp. Not necessarily saying KU will win, but I think they play well.

Regarding the report, I agree with my man @langfor5  ...the report is confusing. It lists those players as witnesses...not sure what that means though. Fingers crossed they didn't do anything dumb.

If it happened and the players dorm, then I'm assuming it was someone on the team or closely associated with the team.... 8o

^^^^ Yeah,I know it has to be at least 50% non-athletes.Thats why I mentioned the possibility of someone not a player but serving some function for the team.
