pawn shops will sell for the low on ebay

They just lowball the hell out of walk-ins who need to pawn for cash, probably like 1/3 of scrap value

Then sell at or even below scrap price


Below scrap might look like a red flag but its usually not, unless its something crazy like half the scrap price
