When it was revealed that he had the injury, I think I heard that they hope he return in 3-4 months which is basically the beginning of the playoffs.

What's crazy is that there were even a couple Laker fans that thought russ would actually work on the clappers

Part of it was him being on a vet min & thinking the clippers would have him on a short leash, but I was mostly being facetious / trynna not to be mean lol.

Lakers are 5-2 since the Russ trade
Clippers are 0-4 since acquiring Russ.
They were 10-4 before getting him.

Him not being on the lakers was like winning the championship. Him taking down the Clippers is just a hilarious bonus.
