I could very well be wrong but I believe Insomniac retained the rights or bought the rights back. I just don't see Sony allowing them to do a sequel when they're the ones working on the cash cow that is Spider-Man. But hey, maybe instead of another Ratchet & Clank we'll get SO2 after Wolverine.

MS has Activision and will be going full digital. It's make or break now.

Going to be interesting to see how all the major regions respond in terms of sales.
