I have to rewatch but Medvedev was poor in both tiebreakers. Questionable decision-making on shots and Thiem was eating off the wide serves. Medvedev conceivably could have been up two sets to one, rather than losing in straights. Had he played tighter to close out sets.
Thiem a significant Vegas favorite vs. Sascha. I expected the reverse, that Zverev would go up two sets on PCB then implode. Not the other way around. Sascha’s mental component has surely improved.

Knew Osaka wasn't losing USO after she donned Kobe jersey in stands after her semi. She looked down and out after first set. Vika was dominating with her return game on point. Noticeable issues with Naomi's ball toss, far left on many occasions.
Anyone got the guts to take Sascha tomorrow? Getting good value from Vegas.

Also respect Osaka for wearing a different face mask each match for victims of racial injustice and police brutality.
