THE WALKING DEAD -- vaya con dios

First and foremost - LOL @ the French leading ANY kind of resistance.

Secondly, the poor black lady was left to rot.

The SFX were on some Anaconda/LOST steez. Just awful.

How many times has Daryl been held back from murking somebody this season?

I think I might hate every character except for Daryl.

Finally, I think for season 2, there should be a thread dedicated to the show and one for the comic if people want to discuss it. This crossing streams won't end well.

Yeah because the French certainly don't know anything about holding the line against an untenable enemy.

Man I've been tuning in and out of this show, the zombie killing parts and running and hiding and everything ala the first episode is sweet, but man the story sometimes goes off on these wild tangents that are just stupid. It tries to do too much with a zombie story.

Anybody else feel this way?

The Walking Dead isn't your typical Romero-zombie storyline.  Kirkman and Moore focus on the human aspect of the characters and how they handle to live in a world in which they are the endangered.  The fact that it isn't about going to place and killing zombies left and right enhances the storyline.

The human stories are fine! Its the odd sci-fi stuff that don't fit and plot holes.

I don't understand the question. If you are talking about the trades, I suggest starting from the beginning.  You can get them at any bookstore or comic store.  You could also find them at various sites to download if you search.
Interesting to see when they begin talking about Season 2 and what direction the show will go.
