Things you hate while eating at a restaurant Vol. Man Im parched

My only complaint is when you have to wait awhile for a refill.

I drink a lot of water so I always tell the waiter to just give me the pitcher to make it easier on both of us, but if the waiter says "oh don't worry, I'll refill ur glass promptly," and I still have to wait 5 minutes for each refill...then I get upset

I hate this too. Its either they ask u 20 seconds after u just got ur food or its like they wait till u have stuffed ur mouth the most pause and then ask.

Nters are some cheap dudes, you hate payin your waiter? really sir? fine let them make the 7 - 10 an hour, or more at upscale spots and it comes out your pocket regardless.

I hate asking for something and having someone intentionally forget it. Went to this restaurant/nar with 3 people the other day,. Spot had some complimentary appetizer buffet. Anyway 3 of us order drinks and 1 doesn;t because she doesn;t like to drink alcohol with her food. the waitress comes around and asks if we want anything else. the girl without a drink asks for water. Waitress says "appetizers are only complimentary with drink purchase" i tell her she'll buy one when she's done eating. Waitress says she cant do that. I tell her bring it for me, I already ordered 2, bring the water for me. chcick proceeds to ignore us to the pont that I go to the bar and get the water. chick comes back 32 mins later with the water. (I timed it). needless to say that when the bill comes, I remove the included gratuity. Manager comes back and asks me what the problem. I ecplain and diddybop right out. Shorty lost out on a $30 tip because of $4 worth of wings. silly broad

Yesterday was the WORST

My salad came out 5 minutes after everyone elses. Waitress forgot to bread out the bread for us all too share too. Then when pops entree comes out with scallops theyre almost completely raw and my shrimp pasta was completely cold and dry like they had just microwaved it and then let it sit for 15 before bringing it out. We both send em back to the kitchen, they cooked his scallops but just poured warm melted cheese over my food to heat it up.

At this point Im pretty damn pissed, luckily the manager comes over and asks how it is. My pops is straight but we both point out that my ###$ basically isnt edible. Thankfully he gets a new one made and it was completely different from the OG. You could actually smell the food because it was fresh, the pasta was cooked, there wasnt some od amount of lukewarm cheese on it.

On top of all that, the waitress was extra wack with refills. I always get ice water and a diet coke because I drink a lot, but I managed to empty them both and had to wait 5 minutes for her to even show her face so I could ask for a refill.

Thankfully, they didnt charge for me and my pops entrees but it was an extra wack night

i can only imagine how much spit (if you're lucky) you probably injested that night 

, server was probably like "oh you want another meal because you don't like this one?" 

 "thats fine, let me get that real quick". then came back and served it with a

i dont trust people enough to ask for a new meal. especially if the manager got involved a and gave you a free meal, that probably means someone might've got f***** over. i mean i know what'd id do if i was a waiter (which is why i never plan on being one) and thats bad enough. i'd just chalk it as a bad restaurant, leave my 5% and never come back. maybe i just watch too many movies

I feel you on that, but Ive never been afraid of conflict, I mean Im paying so I want what I want, Im not overly fussy by any means. I always criticized my grandparents for complaining to me instead of the waiter and swore id never be that much of a female sexual organ.

Im sure the manager didnt spit in my food when he brought it out the 2nd time it was sent back too

Im not payin 20 dollars for something thats on par with dog food and sittin there with a smile on my face. The waitress was flirting with me before we even got seated two (but she looked

) so I was just being polite and not shutting her down. She ended up grabbing my arm to feel my muscles and giving me her number

hate when they refill my tea without asking. just grab it and refill. it messes up the ratio of tea to lemon flavor when you add more tea without more lemon. this kills me.
