Hey guys! Bought my first pair of balenciaga arena lows today. However when I received them from balenciaga they seem loose just in the back a little bit. They're size 41 and if I went down a size they'd be wayy too tight. Anybody else experience this? What to do?

Dang guys so I wore my lanvins for the first time today... They are a 41 but felt big? I wear a 41 in balenciagas which is a snug fit, but for the lanvins they were loose and slipped a little bit. Any if you guys know if lanvins run bigger than balenciagas?
