Also he just started coaching, I have no doubt he'll improve on his faults, I remember Pop used to struggle coaching offense at times now he's the best offensive coach in the league.

So, what exactly are the parallels? At 20 years old, Brad Beal is a 2nd year NBA pro. At 20 years old, Ben Gordon was heading into his junior year at UConn.
