Maybe, at the same time now could be the beat time to grab him for a steal. He doesn't need to be the focal point of a team. He just needs to handle the ball, which he can, for a better team.

Deron Williams is owed 62 million dollars over the next three years. Who is paying that just to have a guy handle the ball?

Matter of fact who is paying that for anything that present day Deron Williams can bring to the table. The Nets are stuck with him.

Amare has actually contributed alot more than knick fans can ask for this past season. No way that trade happens though.
