I’m still wondering what exactly it is that John Durham is investigating. There was the Kevin Clinesmith guilty plea, which was clearly coming after the DOJ Inspector General found that he falsified an email, but notably there was no cooperation agreement attached to it.
Durham has been investigating since April 2019 so I assume we’ll find out in the next few months.
Barr reportedly tried to pressure him so the report would be out during the election, leading to the resignation of Durham’s top aide, so surely the conclusion can’t be that far away.

Here’s the latest update on this fascinating mystery.
Assuming the theory is correct and this was indeed some sort of weapon, it’s pretty crazy that it has caused permanent brain damage in some of the cases.
