Eh im cool with where i am. i dont see a need to "step up to 405-495". again i don't want to be a power lifter...there is no benefit gained from me being able to move that much weight at my size. I'd rather be able to run for 90 mins then squat "405-495" and be dead tired by the end of the first half

Na i couldn't i was running around 10 miles every other day to prep for soccer season and doing a lot of plyo on the other days. So i dropped from about 190 my heaviest back to 170. My strength decreased as my weight kept dropping but my cardiovascular conditioning was pretty good. I can't seem to keep weight on when running that much.
If you have any tips id appreciate it just was difficult for me
