STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Sorry fam you either got it on too tight or not all the way in the hole (lol).

Mine doesn't close all the way either, and looks just like that...

It's def not too tight either, so you're saying it's not all the way in the holes?

I think I misread the question actually, Ill have to look at mine later and see if it does the same thing.

Id make sure you have the screws tightened down as much as possible.

I'm in the 500lbs club on DL. And I did it w/o a belt

I'll get the video tomorrow. My phone died and had a friend get on his phone.

This health insurance topic is interesting and I hope it does become a bigger talking point in the next few years. I wonder if these crossfit gyms are going to require that members have health insurance and that their coaches also have it...

The WWE gets away with not really giving it's workers health insurance and they do stupid **** all the time.

Or maybe it's natural selection like if you get injured you have to pay for everyone's health insurance or at least just one person. That can up the competition level tenfold.

Haha i dont know. But not every wrestler is flying from the top rooes are doing cage matches.
Surely someone.....
But then again. Whats the minimum salary there...? The big league one not wwe nxt (developmental league)

I heard the NFL team insurance sucks, too. Atleast I know for the New Orleans Saints, I don't think they provide it to their staff. I'll have to check with my cousin. The NFL organization provides insurance. But when you work for a team, they have the decision on insurance.

Today without bro,

800 m time - 3:20

Then the Lynee

5 rounds as many reps as you can - no time

Bench press body weight

Pull-ups

190 lbs - I did 27 reps total

Pull-ups - I did 48 total

Then for time

800 m -3:18

If someone gets injured and they don't have health insurance, the last thing they're worrying about is paying for someone else's insurance, let alone everyone else's

No one would agree to that.

As for WWE workers, they get paid a **** ton, I assume, so that compensates for not having insurance.

For those who are trying to lose weight, does thermogenics really mess up your body's natural ability of losing weight?

Use them as a last resort. After youve lost weight. Changed up the diet and still plateaud.

Shouldnt mess it up AFTER those conditions. But if youre taking them just because then maybe

Well yeah I guess everyone signs the liability waiver. But what if crossfit exudes in popularity and people start incurring crazy I juries that exceed 1 million in fees. And it's a high percentage of people now getting injured (say 30 percent of people).

If you were a box owner or whatever (dice Olympic lifting and crazy workouts just are the norm now) would you make it mandatory for people to have insurance so that you don't keep getting sued?

It's easy to laugh off stuff that seems so far in the future or implausible but it seems good business sense to get these hypotheticals out of the way now rather than get caught off guard.

Different staff positions get different types of benefits from teams. You got interns, professional interns, part-time assistants and a few other positions that probably won't get full time benefits from sports teams even though you're working full time hours. Also just because you work for a pro team doesn't mean you work FOR a pro team if that makes sense. You get contracted in for your services but you're apart of another company

anyone that pays for a crossfit/gym membership and neglects securing their own health insurance is an idiot. that's the actions of a reckless kid, not an adult. and amel222 i was joking because everyone at my job, even part-time, gets provided great health insurance at no cost to the employee.

I have lost weight with them before and of course made the mistake and stopped working out and gained weight back.

now it feel like i have plateaud, ive been dieting for the most part (on the weekends im really bad im not gonna lie) and i been doing cardio atleast 5 times a week (basically doing the same amount of work when i lost weight before) and the weight barely comes off now.

I been using Performix SST.

Its those weekends man...

Feel like im at a wall when it comes to my goal of a 6 pack. Lost 50lbs and I cant the rest of this fat off. I know I just have to lower my carbs but I cant give up rice, sandwiches, or my greek yogurt. :lol
