dunno how you get the mediums on bigboss. almost dislocated my fingers pulling these up my leg and mine are large. feels great once they're on! not as much pop as my TKs but the extra length makes the SBDs feel much more supportive. they feel way more durable too. do they stretch out any?

I always warm up and get a sweat before putting them on, makes them wayyyyyy easier.

I don't think mine have stretched really and Ive been using them over a year and a half.

im on week 9, debating continuing it or switching.
I know i'll do the 4 week Kris gethin trainer in september.

but either I need to switch my work outs up in Phat or just change in general.
i'm cutting at the moment.


203.8 204 when I weighed myself. thats 6 ish pounds in 3 weeks not bad.
thinking i may finally add post work out cardio
I already do fasted morning walk.

so it's either add 20 mins to post work out. or add another 10-15 on my morning

Havent had crossfit hate in here for awhile. Im sitting here watching the 2014 games on espn... i just dont get it...were celebrating working out. Dont get me wrong these dudes and women have fantastic bodies. But listening to theor interviews there like douche bag ex frat water polo players
 
Olympia. Xfit games would be the same as any other sport. Any given sunday.

I was watching and dude was like 2nd place slipped and lost in to last place.

You gotta be on your game for the Olympia also but it's more like all your work is shown in that day .

Anybody ever step on one of those bmi scales? How accurate are those things? First time it said I have the metabolism of an 87 year old :lol. Did it again and my bmi was 23.7, 18% body fat, body water 56%, visceral fat 4 and some other stuff

Those things are wildly inaccurate dont even worry about it.
