Close grip 3x8 135

Ohp 3x8 95 :x hit 165 3 weeks ago. I guess if you don't use it you lose it.

Lat raises, db shoulder press and lots of tricep work.

Yoooo, I found a way to get that protein smell out the shaker even after the wash.

Leave a paper towel in it over night.  And watch...

Alright fellas. Time to hit it hard these next three days so that we can indulge in all that Thanksgiving food.
