Still sort of doesnt answer why though...to be strong....to be in shape...to lose weight.
I would say its not your gym is as good as its programming.
But the person themselves arent as good as their commitment
Be careful you don't want to hurt somones feelings and get reported lol.
I'm also slightly confused. Does each person that goes to a Cross Fit gym PROGRAM their own workouts or are they already PROGRAMMED by the gym? If that is the case and the gym PROGRAMS, then doesn't that mean each Cross Fit gym is only as good as it's PROGRAMMING?
