Still sort of doesnt answer why though...to be strong....to be in shape...to lose weight.

I would say its not your gym is as good as its programming.
But the person themselves arent as good as their commitment

Be careful you don't want to hurt somones feelings and get reported lol.

I'm also slightly confused. Does each person that goes to a Cross Fit gym PROGRAM their own workouts or are they already PROGRAMMED by the gym? If that is the case and the gym PROGRAMS, then doesn't that mean each Cross Fit gym is only as good as it's PROGRAMMING?

Came back flexin

Almost caught the Amel curse this morning. Felt my abdominal tightened during training this morning. So we had to stop.

I said **** it...

Went back in the gym to finish the training on my own. Box Jerks and Front Squats were left. just now did 1x2 FS @ 315lbs

Come at me about crossfit! I'm in my feelings :lol

So I completely stopped working out once fall semester started and I got kinda soft and pudgy. Before the semester I was coming off a pretty successful bulk where my goals were to get as strong as possible. Now I want to get back into working out but want to lose the fat and focus more on athleticism. Any ideas on a training type to get me there? HIIT? Bodybuilding? Powerbuilding?

IMO for fat loss and atheticism would be HIIT...

Looking to build a garage gym. I have nothing so far. Anybody know of any Cyber Monday equipment at a solid price today?

Wanna start with the Bowflex 1090 dumbbells but don't see them on sale anywhere.
