Are protein shake/whey and supplements safe? Told my mom whose a nurse I go to gym and first thing she told me is dont take any of those ish.

It’s just protein lol. It’s safe. Keep in mind it has a lot of artificial colors and sweeteners but you good. Whole Foods like beef, chicken, and steak are always better though.
 
Don’t get any mass gainer stuff and look for something with no sugar or very little sugar.

I prefer real food though. If you’re eating enough you’ll hit your protein requirement no problem. No need to eat 300g of protein a day.

They are safe if you want some awesome ******* gains and have hot babes all over you bro.

For real though, whey is fine to take but not necessary if youre eating enough protein. I have a feeling she was talking about things like pre workout or other over the counter BS you dont need.

Some couple gave it to my gf. :lol:

They got back from Alaska and shipped back 100 pounds. We got like 50 dollars in free salmon.

I used to be the copper river plug when I had my food truck. I was buying 500 pounds of it at a time. My buddy would hook it up. He works on a salmon boat.

We’d get all the ugly ones the seals bit thrown in the box too for free and just eat them ourselves. :rollin
