I don't think they'll far THAT far...I'm thinking 7ish.

Please jog my memory but who in here had Love going to Duke? I definitely don't remember any of that tomfoolery.

Harrison Barnes tho? This place almost went up in flames that Friday of his news conference.

I definitely remember someone saying that and then everyone else just laughing at them.

Like I said before the season started, we were doomed when Wiltjer transferred. People fail to realize how important shooting is in the dribble drive offense. Lamb & Miller shot over 40% in 2011-12. This team can't shoot a 3 or make a free throw to save their lives.

Self sitting Embiid so he can rest his back for the final two regular season games against TTU and at WVU.

Agreed, this season in general has just stressed me out..On today's SEC teleconference Cal said the last loss was on him,and admitted to being too arrogant,he also said he needed to adapt to this team and change coaching strategy and if they needed him to be "more of a cheerleader" that's what he would do...He said the right things, but maybe too little too late for this season....We win two games in the tourney and i'll call it a success at this point..

He could barely walk Saturday. I would consider sitting him for the first round or two of the conference tourney too.

Yeah man this has been a stressful season :{ ... I didn't think we would be 40-0 but I expected a little more than the piss poor season we're having right now. The hype was too much for these kids and the lack of veteran leadership/mental toughness on the court is starting to show.

I'm with you, Sweet 16 and I'll be content. :{

Calipari loves his athletic point guards at the head of that dribble drive, but man, I feel like a lot of these disappointing UK teams would be soooo much better if they just got a real floor general 100% point gaurd.

In college ball I think an elite decision maker plays up so much at this level, for a college team I would always focus on real PG's vs the athletic scoring variety you see so much.

The Joe Johnson's always seem to get overrated while the Kendall Marshalls get underrated for example.

Yea cause Craft would solve their shooting problems :lol

Drew Harrison just been very bad, if he was actually being a PG and the shooter he and his brother were expected to be a lot of UK's problems would be solved.

UK has no on court leader, Poythress and WCS play like freshman still.

Craft or McConnell would be 100% better for this team. That's just a fact.

I don't like Craft besides his defense, he's not a Kendall Marshall.

McConnell I like but I'm just saying we've seen Cal's system work but Harrison is not the guy to make it work.

I don't think a PG who can't shoot and is an average playmaker is going to make them much better. He's a leader and a great college defender but they need shooting as much as they need playmaking

When saying u need a shooter at the 1, why is Marshall brought up. Dude made 28 3's his soph year lol.

He was so good because he really pushed the ball and passed ahead.

I'd take that leader just ok shooter over whatever they have, will have in the future.

Marshall wasn't a shooter but he was an elite passer and ran his offense better than Craft ever did

Exactly my point lol. He was a leader, which Craft and McConnell definitely are.

UK has no one like that at all, and both would make them a better team.

Every team would benefit with a 4 year guy like Craft running the show, but Andrew is gonna be Cal's first point guard to get another go-round at leading his team. Andrew is shooting the best % from 3 on the team, though. Only at UK are guys written off after one year, but that comes with the territory I guess.

Craft's team was also a preseason top 10 and now they're out of the top 25, so...

I still maintain Wiltjer wouldn't be that big a difference maker. Wish he would've stayed, and Cal wanted him to, just think UK's problems are bigger. Not that good of a shooter and if Derek Willis can't even see the floor, when would Kyle?

Randle's gone, Willie's gonna leave. Young probably will but shouldn't (sorry OKB, normaly I agree with you) but he's soft, terrible with the ball, horrible decision maker, overrated shooter. He's an inefficient scorer, a dime-a-dozen player.

Cal got some jabs in at Forde on his radio show today. :lol

U guys were also the number 1 team and are now 25, so...

tOSU was actually number 11 8o

Not a Craft fan by any means, but if he has the players around him, I'd take him in a heartbeat.

I think Craft would benefit a team with talent A LOT.

A popular topic here in KC for a while was "Who would KU be better with...Andrew Wiggins or Aaron Craft?" ...when you think about it, the answer should be Craft. KU has enough talent to make up for losing Wiggins, Craft is great defensively...so it'd be Tharpe, Selden, Wiggins, Ellis, Embiid vs. Craft, Selden, Greene, Ellis, Embiid (could also do a number of different lineups, like Ellis at the 3 or Tharpe at the 2)....Maybe I'm crazy.

Nope, I'm on the same exact page. That's the point I've been trying to get across. Who on tOSU can REALLY score the ball? If you surrounded Craft with 3-4 scorers, that team would be dynamite. That's why McConnell was SOOO good early this season, when he didn't have to worry about scoring whatsoever. Had 4 guys who could really score it, chip in 5-7 points a night and worry about getting them in the proper set and playing defense.
